The company primarily develops its sites and services using C# / ASP.NET. Their newer services are built with .NET Core. On the front-end, they’ve adopted vue.js for recent applications, but older systems rely on server-rendered (Razor) views combined with jQuery & Knockout.js. MS SQL server is their main storage solution, but they also turn to Redis and ElasticSearch where beneficial. RabbitMQ is their primary message broker. For code management, they use Gitlab, and the Atlassian suite assists with ticketing and documentation.

About the position

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer with a can-do attitude, eager to take initiatives and lead by example. You will bring your expert skills in developing and testing distributed applications with Microsoft web technologies, as well as your experience in coaching other Software Engineers to reach their full potential.

In addition to core development tasks, this role entails responsibilities such as conducting code reviews for junior developers, delegating and organizing the team’s tasks.


As a Tech Lead in one of our  multidisciplinary autonomous Scrum teams, you will develop end-to-end modern applications for our high traffic, real-time products by using state of the art technologies and in order to offer a unique online experience to our customers.
Equally important, you will lead your fellow software engineers by developing their skills and fostering a culture of open communication and support. Together with the Software Architect your goal will be to improve the team’s performance, technical expertise and delivery velocity.

  • Create new solutions and see them through, from conception to production;

  • Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code;
  • Research new technologies to find new and efficient ways to solve day to day challenges;

  • At least 4 years of experience developing production-level software using Microsoft .NET (full framework or .NET Core);
  • At least 2 years of experience with technical leadership and/or people development
  • Good practical knowledge in C#;
  • Experience working in agile environment using Kanban and Scrum
  • SQL Server
  • Microservices;
  • REST APIs;
  • RabbitMQ;
  • Openshift
  • Advanced/Fluent english level

Salary Range:

Full time – CLT: R$:13.000.00 to R$:20.600,00/Month
