Responsibilities
- Interface with customers regarding vendors, equipment, and software to resolve customer concerns via both telephone and in-house support ticketing system
- Research and resolve complex issues requiring detailed systems and applications knowledge
- Recommend hardware and software improvements
- Act as an escalation point for Entry Level Support Technicians
- Providing Tier III Help Desk support and Systems Administration
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience
- Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Fluent English, both written and verbal
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- 80% help desk management and 20% field work
Work hours and timezone:
- 6 am to 4 pm GMT -3 (Brasília time)
- Monday – Friday
- 100% remote
Salary: $4K – $5K / month
