Responsibilities

  • Interface with customers regarding vendors, equipment, and software to resolve customer concerns via both telephone and in-house support ticketing system
  • Research and resolve complex issues requiring detailed systems and applications knowledge
  • Recommend hardware and software improvements
  • Act as an escalation point for Entry Level Support Technicians
  • Providing Tier III Help Desk support and Systems Administration

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience
  • Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Fluent English, both written and verbal
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • 80% help desk management and 20% field work

Work hours and timezone:

  • 6 am to 4 pm GMT -3 (Brasília time)
  • Monday – Friday
  • 100% remote

Salary: $4K – $5K / month
