How do we choose the Candidates?
We filter the profiles based on objective reasons when comparing you with the company’s needs.
If your profile is not aligned with the job opening, remember that this doesn’t mean you’re not good. But humans are not always objective and there might be a mistake in the criteria or BIAS. We are currently experimenting with new approaches to remove this from the process.
